Principles and Guts enough to stand up for them

Today The Senate voted, 85 to 13, to confirm Ms. Rice as Secretary of State. Twelve democrats and one independent voted against Rice. I can't figure out what the other Democratic Senators thought they were doing. Any way you slice it Condi Rice is unfit to represent the United State of America. Either she lied about the threat posed by Saddam Hussein or she's not bright enough to tell when she's being lied to.
