First the ivory-billed woodpecker  reappeared in Arkansas, then it turned out the pink wildflower, Mount Diablo buckwheat wasn't extinct after all and now the least Bell's vireo is making a come back

What does it mean?... examples of the power of remote prayer? a sign of the end times?... Not hardly! Thirty years of environmental regulations and conservation efforts have paid off. Proof that those things work and that it's worth fighting to keep the Right-wing Free-marketist from undoing it all. 

As these pay-offs of environmental regulations are hitting the news (on the back pages), the Rabidly pro-pillage Republicans are moving to undo the progress and to equate support for environmental protection with support for terrorism.


FBI: Radical-activist groups are major threat
