Outlawing Flag Burning?

Once again, Free speech is under assault by rabid-right-wingers.
I'm not a big fan of flag burning, but I'm absolutely opposed to amending the Constitution to making political dissent a crime.

And besides: When it comes to desecration of the flag, what's the bigger crime; flames or pit stains?
